Time Squeeze automatically tracks all activities on your computer that are 15 seconds or longer. This includes the websites you visit (with their url's), the applications you use, and any documents or files you have open.
Everything you do on your computer is tracked as an activity. Activities are automatically grouped into sessions. See what you were doing at any point in time by looking back at your sessions.
Sessions can be tagged and categorized based on client and project. In addition, you can add notes to your sessions and change session names. You can easily create client and project overrides for specific activities or mark them as 'not billable'.
Time Squeeze lets you search for activities by client, project, keyword, date, application, billable status, and even website and filename. After searching, you can sort by name, date, duration, etc. Ever wonder what that one website was last month? Time Squeeze can help you find it in seconds. The search functionality is available from any page in Time Squeeze and can be accessed with 'CTRL+F'.
Anything you select and filter using Time Squeeze search can be exported. Time Squeeze helps you consolidate your work by allowing you to group activities by client, project, date, or application. Time Squeeze supports Excel, csv, and json files with more to come.
Whether its just for you or for a thousand users, Time Squeeze is equally easy to install or deploy. Our portal lets you manage your organization's licenses/devices and access invoices at any time. Access the portal using the 'Login' button above or by navigating to portal.timesqueeze.net .
You can install Time Squeeze directly from the Microsoft Store, through Winget, or deploy it using Intune. Time Squeeze will deploy to thousands of machines in minutes. Once installed, the app is updated automatically via the Microsoft Store.
Time Squeeze automatically generates useful efficiency & productivity metrics. Time Squeeze AI intelligently categorizes your activities to provide further insight without compromising your privacy.
Time Squeeze tracks the time you spend on websites or individual files. You can easily see every time a website or file was opened and how much time you spent on it. In addition you can quickly jump to these files in the Windows Explorer. Click any activity to see these details.
When you return to your pc after a period of inactivity (less than 8 hours), you will receive a notification detailing the duration you were away and offering the option to save this duration as a new session.
If you need to account for time that was not tracked by Time Squeeze (phone calls, meetings, etc.), you can add a new session by clicking 'Add Session' on the sessions page.
Right-click the Time Squeeze notification icon (on the bottom right of your desktop) to access tracking options. You can end the current session and switch to a new one, add details and tags to the current session, or pause/resume tracking. Left-clicking the icon will open Time Squeeze.
The Time Squeeze tag manager lets you manage your client and project tags. Tags can be applied to work sessions or directly to individual activities through client and project overrides.
Time Squeeze does not require an internet connection to track your time. An internet connection is only required for initial registration and once per billing period for license verification (in the first four days).
